BDS Annual Questionnaire
As part of our commitment to ensuring your tax filing obligations are met, we kindly request your cooperation in completing the necessary questionnaires and the compilation engagement form for your accounts and tax returns.
You may have received an email listing which questionnaires are required by us. Completing these forms is crucial as they furnish us with essential information required to finalise your financial accounts.
We would appreate the annual Compilation Engagement Form being completed and submitted at the same time.
Please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, when completing these forms. If you don’t have Adobe Reader, you can download it for free from here.
To save the form to your computer, right-click on the relevant link and select “save as.” This action will allow you access to sign the form electronically. Note that esigning is not available with Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You need to download the form first and open with Adobe Reader.
Finally, please upload your completed and signed forms to our client portal at https://portal.bds.co.nz with your email address provided by our office.
The questionnaires you need to fill out should be listed in the email sent, along with which client code to use with each form. If you have any trouble accessing or completing the forms, including accessing the bds client portal, please reach out via email accounts@bdsaccountants.co.nz.
